Hi, I was wondering if this deal would be extended past September 2020 due to COVID?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm the expiry date on this deal is 19th September 2020, although I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • A stand up paddle boarding or kayaking taster session for one, two, four or six people

Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Apr 2020 until Sat 19 Sep 2020.

Valid on selected Saturday and Sundays at either 10am or 12.30pm; please see here for up to date availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Kayaking is suitable for ages 8+ and paddle boarding is suitable for ages 10+.

Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.

Participants must have a moderate level of fitness and must be fully mobile.

Max 12 people per session.

Meeting point: 64 Cowdenhill Road, Glasgow  G13 2HE. Activities take place on the Forth and Clyde Canal which is a 5 minute walk from meeting point.

Weather dependent.

Please bring a change of clothes along with a towel. Wear clothes that can get wet. Wet suits and helmets are provided.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
