Participants must have a moderate level of fitness and must be fully mobile.

Max 8 people per session. Requires min 4 people for session to run. Sessions may be rearranged if there are less than 4 participants.

Options 1 & 3: Max of 4 vouchers can be used by one party.

Options 2 & 4: Max of 2 vouchers can be used by one party.

Meeting point: 64 Cowdenhill Road, Glasgow  G13 2HE. Activities take place on the Forth and Clyde Canal which is a 5 minute walk from meeting point.

Weather dependent.

Please bring a change of clothes along with a towel. Wear clothes that can get wet. Wet suits and helmets are provided.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
