Questions and answers

Hi can I ask if it's held at Rowardennan or Luss? Bit confused. And it says under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Is that a participating adult or an adult on shore? Thanks!

I can let you know this activity takes place at Rowardennan, and Under 18's do need to be accompanied out on the loch.

What to expect

2 hour kayaking session for one, two or three

OR

4 hour kayaking session for one, two or three

One person option uses a single kayak, two person option uses a double kayak, three person option uses a triple kayak.

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days, earliest booking 10am, and latest booking 6pm; subject to availability.

Limited availability at weekends; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule permitted with 7 day cancellation policy.

Duration approx. 2hrs or 4hrs.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

One person option uses a single kayak, two person option uses a double kayak and three person option uses a triple kayak.

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 12 years for single kayak. Minimum age is 5 years for twin kayak and triple kayak.

Maximum of 6 people per group.

Members do not have to be able to swim, members will be supplied with a buoyancy aid.

Maximum weight per person 18 stone.

Bouyancy aid is provided.

Wet suit can be rented for £2 charge per person.

Please wear shoes which can be worn in the water.

Essential kit for all activities: towel, second pair of shoes for example flip flops or water shoes, midge spray.

Meeting point: Loch Lomond Leisure, Rowardennan Hotel, Rowardennan, G63 0AR; meeting arrangements will be emailed to you once confirmed. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time.

Participants must sign waiver.

Photo ID must be presented on arrival.

Chip and pin card is required for security deposit of £25.

Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
