Is there disabled parking close by? Do you have disabled toilets? Would you be able to serve one half of the sandwiches on dry bread please?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know there are disabled toilets on both floors of Metropolitan, and there's lift access as well.

There is on street parking available, however this will be subject to availability. There is an NCP car park at the end of the street, just a few minutes from the venue.

For any dietary requests, please discuss this with Metropolitan at the time of booking.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two OR

Afternoon tea with a signature Metropolitan cocktail each

Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019, Wed – Fri & Sun 12.30pm & 2.30pm sittings and Sat 12.30pm sitting; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and Tuesdays and 21 Apr, 5 & 26 May 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 5 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only.

Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Option 3 includes a signature Metropolitan cocktail each: Stolichnaya raspberry vodka, Lejay Cassis, blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, lime and sugar syrup. Additional cocktails are charged at £5 per person for the following: Bloody Mary, Met Cosmo, Bellini, Daiquiri or French Martini; payable directly to restaurant.

Alcohol cannot be replaced a soft drink.

Tables may be required back within 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available, please discuss with venue when booking.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
