I can confirm this offer is valid from Wed 5 Feb 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, and can be used Sun - Fri 10am - 5.30pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two with a 30 min facial OR massage, 2 course lunch, glass of Prosecco each and use of the leisure facilities 

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Feb 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, Sun - Fri 10am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 1 - 31 Jan 2021.

A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Suitable for 16+ only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable for those less than 12 weeks pregnant or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.

A choice of a 30 minute express facial or a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes use of the leisure facilities including heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.

Includes a 2 course spa lunch from a set menu; subject to change. Lunch is served 12noon- 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
