hi i just booked wh-at i thought was Prescco afternoon tea valid Sat and Sunday but voucher says Monday to Friday which is no good as work during week. can you help the price i paid was £34? is the voucher details wrong in the print?

I can confirm there are a few different options available for this deal, some valid Monday - Friday and some valid Saturday - Sunday.

I've had a look at your order and can see you've purchased the Mon - Fri option. If this means you require a refund just email support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase.

You're welcome to buy another voucher in the meantime by selecting Buy Now and then choosing the Sat - Sun option.

Hi there,
I am interested in the weekend unlimited deal.
I would like to know if the kids (3&5 year old) can join and eat for free with unlimited afternoon tea buffet for two voucher or I will have to get the voucher for four?
Or is there option to pay for the kids price at the venue on the day?

As these options have different price points, you need to pick whether you'd like a Monday - Friday or Saturday - Sunday voucher prior to purchase.

Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 5pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.

Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Jan 2023 until Sun 26 Mar 2023, Sat - Sun, 1:30pm - 4:30pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.

Vouchers are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Mon - Fri: Includes afternoon tea only; subject to change. 

Sat - Sun: Includes an unlimited afternoon tea buffet; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each or bottle to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
