Questions and answers

I have paid for 2 vouchers for Philipburn Hotel afternoon tea but I have not received the vouchers. When I tried to book at the hotel they would not continue until I gave them the voucher numbers. My order confirmation is:

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with an optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Sat 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays and 20 Dec 2022 - 18 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked no cancellations or amendments are permitted

Email bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 1 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available. Please inform the hotel at time of booking.

No children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
