The voucher validity is from 12 noon - 8pm Tues - Thu yet the restaurant's own website states they are not open until 3pm on Tuesday. Please clarify.

I can confirm this voucher is valid Wednesday - Thursday 12noon - 8pm and Friday - Saturday 12noon - 4pm, subject to availability.

So the Tuesday reference was a mistake, as i note you have now changed the details? Not really, as we wanted to go on that day due to work the rest of the week!

We've now updated our deal, and I'm afraid it can no longer be used on Tuesdays. We have emailed all voucher holders to let them know, and I'm sorry if this means the deal is unsuitable for you.

Voucher is valid until Fri 29 Jul 2022, Wed-Thu 12noon - 8pm and Fri-Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sun - Tue.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers per table. 

Option 1: Includes a large pie, choosing from ox cheek, chicken and chorizo, fish pie or summer squash and goats cheese.

Option 2: Includes a 32 day aged Cote de Boeuf for two to share. Menu is subject to change. Please note the deal does not include triple cooked chips.

No gluten / wheat free options available. 

Table required back after 2 hours. 

Wheelchair access available. Please inform the restaurant at time of booking.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
