Don't get the pricing for this deal. Can you help explain why it is £124 for 2 people but £59 for one person?

What to expect

Spa day for one or two with a 55 minute spa treatment each, a glass of Prosecco, leisure access plus robes and slippers

Choose from either ESPA or Ishga product ranges:
- Full body Massage
- Facial
- Combination of full body massage and facial

Option 1 (Nov – Dec) voucher is valid until Mon 31 Dec 2018, 7 days, 9am – 7pm; subject to availability. Excludes 25 Dec 2018. A supplementary charge of £25 per person is required for Fridays – Sundays and 24, 26 – 28, 31 Dec 2018; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2 and 3 (Jan – Mar) voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Thur 28 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Fridays - Sundays and 1 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Mon 3 Dec 2018 and option 2 and 3 by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; option 3 max of 2 vouchers per person.

Over 18s only.

Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher code will be required when booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Maximum of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with spa.

Treatment duration: approx. 1 x 55 mins.

Please note treatments must be taken at the same time and not split throughout the day.

Includes full use of leisure facilities: swimming pool, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms and techno gym.

2 course lunch can be added for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please advise at the time of booking. Payable directly to the venue.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
