• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Jun 2018 until Thur 30 Aug 2018, Mon – Thur 9am – 8pm and Sun 9am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment can be adapted during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with spa at time of booking.
• Massage is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes robes, slippers and access to sauna and relaxation area before or after treatments.
• Afternoon tea will be served between 12pm – 5pm; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise spa at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
