• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 May 2019, 7 days, 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 – 16 Feb and 31 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Fri – Sun bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Includes 1 x 60 min treatment (any Elemis 60min massage or facial); excludes Biotec or 2 x 30 min treatments (express 30min facial & 30min neck back & shoulder massage); subject to change.
• Facial is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and massage can be adapted during pregnancy, please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment is suitable for those 3 years out of remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes access to sauna and relaxation room. Robes and slippers provided.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Options 1 and 2 includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival, hot chocolate and truffles each.
• Options 3 and 4 includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and afternoon tea with a glass of Champagne.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise a time of booking.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Tables are required back within 1hr 30mins.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
