• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Mon 30 Dec 2019, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Traditional afternoon tea with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a choice of gin and tonic each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please note from 1 - 16 Sept 2019, afternoon tea will be served in the ballroom.
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
