If you're tired of just hitting the bars on a night out, grab today's deal for Base MCR and hit some balls instead. Up to four of you can head to this all-American themed bar for a bit of competitive socialising with a 30-minute batting session, with an ice-cold bottle of Budweiser each to get you in the swing of things. If you're feeling a bit peckish, go for today's option to include a hotdog each with a choice of toppings to go with your beers.
Set in the arches near Victoria Station, Base MCR is a real hidden gem. With three batting cages and a fully stocked bar, it's the perfect place to kick off a night out doing something different.
Base MCR
Before you head into the batting cages, you'll be provided with coaching on how to play and then the game is on! The pitching machine automatically pitches balls to you and all you have to do is aim for one of the targets - the player who hits the most targets and scores the highest points by the end of the round wins.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Base MCR use special pitching balls for safety and the speed of pitching is adjustable, or you can opt to bat the balls from a post instead, making it a great day out for the whole team!

- Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Wed & Thur 6pm – 10.30pm and Sun 2pm – 10pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

- Helmets are provided; flat shoes are recommended.
- Hot dog option includes a hot dog each with a topping; menu is subject to change. No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.
- Includes a bottle of Budweiser each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
- Wheelchair access available; please note bar is located on a cobblestone hill and if you need to bring a car directly outside the door; please discuss directly with Base MCR in advance.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
