• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Sep 2020 until Sat 30 Jan 2021, Mon - Sat 10am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and 23 Dec 2020 - 4 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jan 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Options 2 & 3: Massage is not recommended within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
• Option 1: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 minutes.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45 minutes.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 45 minutes for the massage and 30 minutes for nails.
• Shellac polish will last up to 3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Women only salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
