Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 20 Jul 2018, Mon - Thur 11am - 8pm, Fri 11am - 7pm, Sat & Sun 4pm - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings only.
• Please note waiver must be filled out prior to your session.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2+; under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arena, ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on site at all times and ages 12 - 18 years must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver but do not have to be accompanied.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Max weight: 125kg.
• Please note it is essential that Flip Out grip socks are worn; you will not be able to Flip Out without a pair. Grip socks can be purchased for £2 when booking; members are welcome to bring their own if already purchased.
• Please note some areas within the arena are restricted by height.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
