Choosing from over 30 varieties of burger and a range of mouth-watering toppings, your 100% prime Scotch beef, chicken, lamb, vegetarian or vegan handmade patty can be jazzed up with additions like blue cheese and bacon with caramelised red onion relish, mayo and lettuce; brie and cranberry relish; or grilled peppers plus sweet chilli sauce, red onion and watercress to name just a few. You can even choose to go for a dirty burger, a slightly smaller burger with a big hit of HBC’s own special sauce and American cheese - YUM!
