• Voucher is valid until Wed 5 Sept 2018, Mon - Wed & Sat 9am - 7pm, Thur & Fri 9am - 8pm and Sun 11am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 29 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: suitable for all ages and suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Option 2 and 3: suitable for ages 16+; not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatments are suitable cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration:  approx. 1hr.
• Option 2 and 3 duration: approx. 2hrs; treatment can last up to 12 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2 is valid for medium length hair (collar bone length) and Option 3 is valid for long hair (longer than collar bone length) only.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
