• Voucher is valid until Fri 9 Aug 2019, Mon, Tue & Fri 10am – 7pm, Wed & Thur 10am – 8pm and Sat 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• It usually takes around two weeks for treated hairs to be shed, followed by a re-growth phase of four weeks. After six sessions hair growth should no longer occur. This is depending on hair colour, thickness and skin type.
• Treatment is unsuitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, if you have a pacemaker fitted, epilepsy sufferers or if you have keloid scars, and is unsuitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
