Small print

• Soft play voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sat & Sun 10am – 12noon or 11.30am – 1.30pm; subject to availability.
• Adventure climbing voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sat & Sun, 1pm – 2pm, 2pm – 3pm or 3pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Fridays and 24 – 28 Dec 2018, 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Soft play parties are suitable for ages 2-12 years old; duration approx. 1hr 30mins in the soft play followed by 30 minutes on the mezzanine. Parties will have private use of the mezzanine; soft play area is not private.
• Adventure climbing parties are suitable for ages 5+ with a minimum height requirement of 1m for the adventure zone; duration approx. 1hr followed by 30 minutes within the party room. Parties will have private use of Adventure climbing.
• Participants must be fit enough to participate in climbing.
• Includes pizza, cake, fruit, crisps and squash and party bags are provided for each child; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise venue at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available to the cafe, roped area and soft play.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
