- Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Feb 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm and Sun 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Saturdays, 14 - 23 Feb and 10 - 14 Apr 2020.
- A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Sunday visits; please pay directly to the hotel.
- Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
- Over 18s only.
- Please note that the steam room and sauna will be unavailable 2 - 22 Mar due to refurbishments.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 vouchers per group; subject to availability.
- Face and body treatments are not suitable if under 13 weeks pregnant but are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note.
- Rasul treatment is not suitable during pregnancy and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes. Choose from luxury facial, traditional full body massage, handpicked face and body combo or a handpicked body combo.
- Option 2: Treatment duration: approx 40 minutes, Please note this treatment is self-applied.
- Includes afternoon tea with a glass of Bruno Paillard Champagne each. Gluten/wheat free, dairy free, and vegetarian options are available; please advise at time of booking.
