• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Aug 2022 until Thu 22 Dec 2022; valid Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups permitted. Max 2 people; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa at time of booking.
• Includes 2 x 25 min treatments per person choosing from a hot stone back massage, Swedish back massage, mini Dermalogica facial, eye treatment or a shoulder, face and scalp massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes use of the leisure facilities; open 9am - 8pm everyday.
• No disabled access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
