Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Mon – Fri 6am – 9pm and Sat 8am – 1pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 25, 26 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and not suitable for those with heart conditions, blood pressure issues or diabetes.
• Please note those with any serious medical conditions should consult their doctor in advance.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Batch Sports Therapy.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Massage cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
