- Half roast chicken marinated overnight in homemade Kai marinate, slowly roasted to perfection
- Five bone rack of lamb roasted to your liking, recommended pink
- Perfectly roasted beef served pink and juicy
All roasts are served with roasted ginger-orange carrots, BBQ cauliflower, roasted cabbage wedges, roast potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding and Kai gravy
