The Bridge Hotel

Having recently undergone a renovation, the venue now boasts luxurious accommodation as well as a fantastic restaurant and well-stocked bar. • Smooth chicken liver parfait with flavours of port & brandy, bacon, onion & thyme brioche and red onion marmalade
• Scottish Smoked salmon & Atlantic prawn cocktail with baby gem lettuce, Marie Rose and lemon
• Pea mousse with crumbled goats cheese, confit lemon, black olive croute and fresh peas

Mains

• Roasted chicken breast with butter roasted potatoes, honey glazed carrot, celeriac purée, wilted greens, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus
• Market fish of the day with shrimp beurre noisette, capers, new potatoes, samphire and sun blushed tomato
• Wild mushroom risotto with a rocket & parmesan salad, sun blushed tomatoes and aged parmesan
