• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Nov 2018, Mon - Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 10am - 6pm and Sun 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required for Friday, Saturday or Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins; facial only.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60 mins; choice of deep tissue or aromatherapy massage.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 60mins; includes 1 × 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, 1 × 30 minute facial plus choice of eye-firming treatment, mini head massage, hand treatment or foot treatment which will be given at same time as facial/massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
