I have 2 vouchers for the midland spa . I have rang on a number of occasions and get a voice message . I bought the vouchers for my daughters birthday on the 6th of March . How do I get through to do a booking?
I have tried through the main reception to no avail .jacqueline

What to expect

  • Spa day for one with your choice of 50 minute treatment, Germaine product bag, glass of Champagne & leisure access OR
  • Spa day for two with your choice of 50 minute treatment, Germaine product bag, Champagne afternoon tea & leisure access

Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020; Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm; subject to availability. 

Option 2: afternoon served 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, however some treatments can be adapted and carried out by specialist therapists. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission

Includes a choice of 50min treatment from calming hand, foot and scalp therapy or rose and honey harmony facial.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to the relaxation, pool and thermal areas.

Includes a Germaine product bag with 3 products (subject to change) 

Option 1: Includes 125ml glass of Champagne. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Champagne each and afternoon tea. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink; vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten/wheat free options available; please discuss at the time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
