I can confirm voucher option 3 is £99 instead of £248 for a 2 night stay for two with breakfast each morning and late check-out at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre.
Max of 1 child is permitted in an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 or 2 children permitted in a junior suite for a supplementary charge of £40; please discuss and pay directly to the hotel.

I can confirm rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £20, junior suite - £40 which is payable directly to the hotel. This also needs to be booked with the hotel directly.
