Hi, I bought a voucher for the Iberica deal which was supposed to be for the Manchester one as per my location settings, but when I got the voucher through it was for the Glasgow location; am I able to exchange the voucher for the Manchester branch please?

I'm afraid we can't exchange vouchers, but if your voucher is no longer suitable, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.
If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
