Hi, I bought a voucher for the Iberica deal which was supposed to be for the Manchester one as per my location settings, but when I got the voucher through it was for the Glasgow location; am I able to exchange the voucher for the Manchester branch please?

I'm afraid we can't exchange vouchers, but if your voucher is no longer suitable, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • 3 sharing plates for two with a glass of Cava OR
  • 2 sharing plates for two with a glass of Cava each and a ribeye or paella to share

Voucher is valid from Thur 23 Jan 2020 until Sun 8 Mar 2020, Tue - Fri & Sun 12noon - 9pm and Sat 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to missout!).

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.

Max of 4 vouchers per table.

Choice of sharing plates only; menu is subject to change.

Option 2: Includes a ribeye steak, seafood, chicken or vegetarian paella to share. Please note vegetarian paella must be pre-ordered.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes 125ml glass of Cava each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Please note a 12.5% discretionary service charge will be applied to the total bill.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
