Dear Sirs,

Due to the Covid restrictions, I presume the expiry date will be extended..........
it's for a gift therefore I would like to assure the person of it's validity.

If lockdown or the restrictions ie tier 3 still force when ticket is booked, can we still get a refund or are the expiry dates going to be extended

I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

Afternoon tea voucher is valid from Wed 7 Oct 2020 until Sun 30 May 2021, Tue - Thur & Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon, Fri & Sat.

Wine flights voucher is valid from Wed 7 Oct 2020 until Sun 30 May 2021, Tue - Thur & Sun 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon, Fri & Sat.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb, 12 - 14 Mat and 2 - 5 Apr 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 vouchers per table.

Option 1: Afternoon tea served with tea or coffee only; menu is subject to change.

Option 2: Family trio of red, white and rosé wines (3 x 70ml) each with a grande board of meats and cheese to share; menus are subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1.5 hours.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
