Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 

It usually takes around two weeks for treated hairs to be shed, followed by a re-growth phase of four weeks. After six sessions hair growth should no longer occur. This is depending on hair colour, thickness and skin type.

Treatment is unsuitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, if you have a pacemaker fitted, epilepsy sufferers or if you have keloid scars, and is unsuitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
