Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Opening times will vary throughout the year, please check website for your chosen day.

Advance booking not required.

Voucher acts as entry ticket. Please print off voucher and show on arrival.

Unlimited passes can be collected from Dungeons until the 30th of June. Itison voucher should be printed and exchanged for a wristband. The pass will be valid for one year from collection date.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Under 5s are not permitted; recommended age of 8+ due to the nature of the attraction. Entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Duration: approx 1 hr 15 mins.

Wheelchair access available. Some floor surfaces are uneven. Advised that wheelchair users book in advance to avoid waiting by emailing yorkguests@merlinentertainments.biz.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
