Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know tickets must be booked via the ATG booking line at least 24 hours before your selected date. Calls cost up to 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.

The phone number will be on the "How To Book" section of your tickets.

Can you guarantee seats will be next to each other

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid we can't say for sure that tickets will be seated together as all seats are issued on a first come, first served basis, but this isn't generally a problem and every effort will be made to seat your group together.

Hi, what if I buy the vouchers but the date which I want to go is not available , do you offer a refund ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know the event tickets are valid for set performance dates - just make sure you select the night you'd like to go, as our event tickets are sold as non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The number of tickets remaining for each performance will show at check out, so you'll be able to make sure there are enough tickets for your group.

If vouchers are not redeemed over the phone prior to the performance, seats are not guaranteed.

Tickets can be collected from the box office between 1pm - 2pm for the matinee performance and 6pm - 7pm for the evening performances on the day of the event.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 2 hrs 30 mins.

Premium, band A and B seating available. Seating is reserved on a first come first served basis.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Line-up is subject to change.

Wheelchair access available. Please discuss any requirements with the venue at time of booking.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
