• Voucher is valid until Tues 31st May 2016, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tues 10th May 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, but cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 2pm, late checkout 12 noon.
• Double classic room available. Twin room can be requested; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with Doxford Hall. 
• £40 per person dinner allowance, excludes side orders and coffee.
• Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Voucher includes use of extensive spa and leisure club, including swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa baths. 
• Guests receive 20% off spa treatments. 
• Children are permitted, max 2 per room up to 14 years. Supplementary fee of £20 per child per night, includes breakfast.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
