• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat, 10-11 Feb and 11-12 Mar 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room or junior suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
