• Voucher is valid from Sun 13 May 2018 until Tue 31 Jul 2018, Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 people per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment can be adapted during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with spa at time of booking.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Duration: approx. 2 x 25 min treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Afternoon tea can be served between 11am - 5pm; please discuss directly at the time of booking. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss with spa at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
