• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan until Wed 28 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2018.
• Saturday night stays require a supplementary charge of £10 per room.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12 noon.
• Double or twin executive room. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Includes 25% off Beamish Museum tickets - please discuss at time of booking.
• 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max 1 child permitted; babies stay free of charge, ages 2 – 15 years require a supplement of £10 per night and ages 16 & 17 years are charged at £25; payable directly to hotel. Meals charged as taken.
• Max of 1 small well behaved dog permitted per room at supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
