• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Apr 2018 until Sat 30 Jun 2018, Mon - Sat 10am – 10pm & Sun 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration: 1hr.
• Waiver must be signed before participation.
• Adults sessions are suitable for over 18's only.
• Junior sessions are suitable for under 18’s and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Group sessions can be arranged; please discuss directly with Sunderland wall.
• Basic level of fitness required.
• No height or weight restrictions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with Sunderland Wall.
• Harness and climbing shoes are provided, please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.
• Helmets available for use on request; please discuss directly with Sunderland Wall.
• Climbing courses to progress to unsupervised climbing can be booked after taster sessions; please discuss directly with Sunderland Wall.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
