Would like to say we had a lovely few days despite the weather. The bar area of the hotel needs some TLC so hopefully who buys the property will upgrade this area. Service at breakfast was slow especially when ordering cooked breakfast. Staff where very pleasant main entrance is stunning with open fireplace. Would definitely return using an itison voucher. Lovely places to visit around the area kelsoians very friendly

From the beginning to end the 4 of us really enjoyed our stay at Ednam House. From the welcome from the receptionist, the full of character bar staff, the comfortable cosy rooms, the wonderful river views from the bedroom and the delicious meals - everything 5 star
