Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thurs 11 Feb 2016, Wed and Fri: 10am - 6.30pm, Thurs: 10am - 8pm, Sat: 9am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 28 Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Excludes: 25th - 27th December 2015 & 1st - 3rd Jan 2016.
• Valid for ages 16 yrs and over. 
• Massage is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Treatment cannot be performed if you have had surgery within 6 months of the treatment date.
• All staff are dermalogica certified for facials, with the masseuse being a level 3 beauty therapist. 
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only.
• Voucher is valid for a single use only; group bookings are not permitted.  
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
