• Voucher is valid until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days, 9am - 9pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Please see calendar for up to date availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per voucher applies for Sat and Sun bookings; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 22 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Advance booking required; online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 8 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Flat shoes and long trousers must be worn.
• Max of 1 person per session.
• Wheelchair access available, please call to check if you have a specific query. 
• Some degree of mobility is required to enter & participate in all of the simulations.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
