Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 23 Dec 2021, valid Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2020 and 1 - 2 Jan 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Duration approx. 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
• Max of 1 person in the simulator at a time.
• Max weight of 120kg.
• Face masks must be worn at all times.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
