• Voucher is valid until Fri 17 May 2019, Tue 9.30am - 3.30pm, Wed - Thur 9.30am - 9pm, Fri 9.30am - 3.30pm, Sat 9am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr floatation session and 30 mins shower time.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1hr floatation session and 30 mins shower time and 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage; floatation session and massage must be taken on the same day.
• Swimwear must be worn.
• Includes use of towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers and hair straighteners.
• Maximum weight 130kg.
• Treatment cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
