Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Mon - Wed, Fri & Sat 10am - 6pm and Thur 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; please discuss directly with salon.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon; consultation will take place prior to treatment.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 60mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 1hr inc 10 min consultation.
• Option 4 duration: approx. 3 x 1hr sessions inc 10 min consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
