• Voucher is valid from Sun 12 June until Sun 31 July 2016, Sun & Mon night stays only; subject to availability.
• Excludes: Tue - Sat. 
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thurs 7 July 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights (Sun/Mon nights only).
• Check in 3pm, complimentary late check out of 12.30pm (usually 10.30am). 
• Apartment consists of a standard double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bath/shower rooms. Please note: other bed configurations are available on request.
• Supplement of £30 for a 3 bedroom apartment (EQ2 only); subject to availability; please discuss direct.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Fountain Court at time of booking.  
• Parking available; £10 per car, per night.
• Children permitted and included in the total head count of the apartment. Guest beds are free for 1 child under 12ys and £35 for any child over 12yrs. Max of 1 additional guest bed permitted in any apartment. Please discuss with Fountain Court at time of booking.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night.
• Members can choose either EQ2 or Grove Executive Apartments, please discuss with Fountain Court at time of booking; subject to availability. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
