General

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Prosecco may be substituted for bottle of wine if prosecco not available.

Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

A third adult can be accommodated in the room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night, including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
