A very warm welcome to start a fantastic stay at Leonardo Hotel in Newcastle

We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and everything was explained about the hotel facilities in relation to use of the Itison voucher for our 2 night stay. The bar had already run out of the complimentary prosecco included in the deal but we were able to enjoy the equivalent in small bottles with the alternative of wine offered if we had preferred. Our room was warm, nice and clean and I give them top marks for a very decent hairdryer which was able to be used sitting down in front of the mirror (not all hotel chains think this one through adequately). We also had complimentary coffee and an extra % age discount on any drinks purchased from the bar. We didn't dine in the hotel but the breakfast was good. All the staff we met were warm and friendly - the stay exceeded our expectations. We have already decided to return to this hotel when we go back to Newcastle for an event early next year.

We have stayed in several Leonardo hots in different cities and keep going back. They have the most comfortable beds and clean rooms a good selection at breakfast never disappointed.
