Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Mon 9am - 5pm, Wed 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 7.30pm and Sat 12.30pm - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission unless approved with a doctor’s note.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hour; not suitable during pregnancy.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 75 minutes: suitable during 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy; please discuss any concerns with midwife or GP.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
