• Voucher is valid from Sun 8 Apr 2018 until Thur 28 Jun 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.00am.
• Option 1 Ben Eco Lodge: sleeps two in a fixed double and two in bunkbeds; stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £30 per night payable directly to Loch Katrine.
• Option 2 Loch Eco Lodge: sleeps two in double or king size bed and two in fold down bed; stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £60 per night payable directly to Loch Katrine.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 3's go free, children ages 3 – 16 require a supplementary charge of £5 per child; payable directly to Loch Katrine.  Please inform Loch Katrine at time of booking with details of any children in your party.
• Additional adults can be added for a supplementary charge of £8 per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine.
• Loch Katrine will require authorisation of a credit/debit card to the sum of £50 for a housekeeping deposit one week prior to arrival; payable directly to Loch Katrine.  To be arranged at time of booking.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine; please advise at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise at time of booking.
• Includes ticket for a cruise on the Lady of the Lake or the Steamship Sir Walter Scott, cruise departs from the Trossachs Pier.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
