• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days, 9am-9pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2017, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Please note: upgrade works to the spa will be carried out from 8th January 2018 for approx. 8 weeks. Disruption will be kept a minimum whilst the improvements take place; additional exclusion dates could apply.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health conditions with beauty therapist and your GP prior to treatment.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25mins each.
• Access to leisure facilities include: heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and an £8pp allowance towards lunch from the lounge menu; subject to change.
• Deal is valid for full qualified therapists. 
• Collagen gel mask can be added to facial for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Towels are provided and bath robes can be hired from reception for a refundable deposit of £10 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
