• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, spa access: Mon - Fri 6.30am - 10pm, Sun 7am – 9pm, spa treatments available 10am - 6.30pm. Afternoon tea is served 12noon - 5pm.
• Excludes Saturdays and 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2018, 14-17 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups permitted; can be booked with multiple vouchers and receive treatments at the same time; max of 6 people per booking; subject to availability.
• For those who are pregnant or for cancer patients, the treatment can be adapted. Hot and cold stones will be removed from the treatment or a choice of facial and scalp massage will be offered as an alternative. Those who are pregnant must be past the first trimester for any treatments. Please discuss all health concerns at time of booking.
• Experience will last approx. 4 hours; 2 x 25 mins treatments or 1 x 55 minute treatment each, 2 hours facility use, approx. 1 hour afternoon tea.
• Includes 2 hour thermal suite access; 10 metre swimming pool, luxurious spa pool, steam room, gymnasium and relaxation area.
• Includes use of robes and slippers.
• Afternoon tea menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten/wheat free, diary free and halal options available; please discuss with spa at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
